Harding Lawrence never missed an opportunity to promote Braniff as being at the leading edge of the airline industry. When the Concorde began flying in the late 1960s, Braniff arranged interchanges with both British Airways and Air France between New York, Washington, and Dallas-Fort Worth. These two publicity photos of BI - BA Concorde show the aircraft in BI colors. The aircraft never actually were painted in BI colors.
